Eligibility for Return or Exchange

To be eligible for a return or exchange, please ensure that:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and unwashed.

  • The product is returned in its original packaging with all tags attached.

  • The return or exchange request is made within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Sale, discounted, or clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  2. Provide your order number, item name, and reason for return or exchange.

  3. Once your request is approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to send the item back to us.

Shipping Costs

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product delivered was defective or incorrect.

  • If approved, a replacement item will be shipped once we receive and inspect the returned product.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or wrong item, please contact us immediately with photos of the product and your order details. We’ll process a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email or WhatsApp.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days through your original payment method.

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable.
