Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if the item is:

  • Unused, unwashed, and in its original condition

  • Packed in its original packaging with all tags attached

Once your request is reviewed, we’ll share instructions on how to return the product.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds are made via the original payment method or store credit, depending on the payment type used.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Items returned without prior communication will not be accepted.

  • Sale, discounted, and clearance items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect item, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll promptly arrange an exchange or replacement.
